Sights/Optics: The Lyman front sight is a bead that folds up into a globe sight. It is dovetailed into the barrel. The Marbles rear sight is an adjustable elevation square-notch dovetailed into the barrel.
Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture is two piece wood with a smooth straight wrist grip and smooth forend. The wood shows very minor pressure dings, drag lines, and scuffing. There are two small holes just behind the trigger guard that have been filled. There are no chips or cracks. The furniture rates in Very Good Plus condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is mostly-bright and the rifling is sharp. There is extremely faint erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 80% of its finish. The finish shows edge wear, small spots of oxidation, light scratches, and general thinning. The screw heads are unmarred and retain turnable slots. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this firearm rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
