Sights/Optics: The front sight is a blade dovetailed into the barrel. The rear sight is a v-notch dovetailed into the barrel.
Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture is two piece wood with a smooth straight wrist grip and smooth forend. The wood shows pressure dings, scuffs, and scratches throughout. The buttplate has moderate wear and cold blue applied. There is a repair made to the right side of the buttstock. There is a notable nick on the lower left of the buttstock with a fine crack running from it. The furniture rates in Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is dark and the rifling is worn. There is heavy erosion with light pitting throughout the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 4/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 40% of its current finish. The finish shows heavy pitting on the receiver, edge wear, patina, and scratches. The letters "AD" are stamped into the right side of the receiver. The screw heads are lightly tooled and retain turnable slots. The markings are fairly clear and complete. Overall, this firearm rates in Fair condition.
Mechanics: There is some play between the barrel and receiver and the takedown lever stop pin is missing. The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
