Sights/Optics: The front sight is a serrated blade pinned to the rib. The rear sight is an adjustable square-notch target sight mounted to the rib.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The one piece grip is a large target grip with a thumb rest on the left side. There is checkering as well as a floral carving pattern on the grips. There is a small Schnabel forend which also has a floral design on both sides. Some of the finish on the edges and on the bottom of the forend is delaminating. Other than that, the only other notable mark is a pressure ding beneath the left grip screw. There are no chips or cracks. The grips rate in about Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 10/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 98% of its metal finish. The finish shows light wear with some light scratches and small spots of surface oxidation. The screw heads on the grips show no marring and retain turnable slots. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this pistol rates in about Very Good Plus condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

It also retains the often lost shell deflector pin in the top of the grip. Finish retention and overall presentation suggest limited handling and conscientious storage over the decades.
