Original WWII 63rd Troop Carrier Squadron Patch
This an original WWII Australian Theater Made 63rd Troop Carrier Squadron Patch. The 63rd TCS was assigned to the 403rd Troop Carrier Groups in the 13th AAF and operated in the South Pacific Theater in WWII from July 1943 to 1945. The squadron flew C-47s into combat areas, delivering men and supplies and evacuating wounded. The patch is embroidered on felt construction. Color is Very Good and there is no mothing. Diameter: Approx. 5 1/4". Does not glow under a black light. est. $300-$500
