Markings: The water table is marked, "S6204699”. All serialized parts are matched. The top of the barrels are marked, "CUSTOM CRAFTED FOR ITHACA BY SKB / MODEL 200E - 20GA - 3 CHAMBER - PROOF TESTED / ITHACA GUN CO. INC. ITACA. N.Y. MADE IN JAPAN - ROTOFORGED-". The barrel flats with proofs, with the serial number, and with "IMP" on the right side and "MOD" on the left. The receiver, trigger guard and tangs are all tastefully engraved.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is an orange fiber bead with a second smaller silver bead at the mid-rib.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is a two piece checkered wood set with a push button beavertail forend, capped semi-pistol grip, fluted straight comb, and checkered Ithaca buttplate. There are light handling marks throughout. There are scratches on the plastic pistol grip cap. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips and cracks. The LOP measures 14" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. Overall, the stock set is in Fine condition.

Type of Finish: Blued.

Finish Originality: Original.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright. There is no erosion in the bores. In this writer’s opinion, the bores rate 10/10. The original choke constrictions have been bored out to cylinder.

Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. There are light handling and wear marks throughout. The action shows light operational wear. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are undamaged. The markings are clear. The engraving on the receiver is still crisp. Overall, this shotgun rates Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly including the individual ejectors. The action locks up with no play. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

The action shows typical operational wear, but the elegant engraved receiver remains crisp. The bores are bright with no erosion, earning a 10/10 in this writer’s opinion. The walnut stock set displays sharp checkering and only light handling marks, with no cracks or chips. The shotgun locks up tight with no play and features functioning individual ejectors. The dual bead sighting system adds a refined touch and quick target acquisition.
