Sights / Optics: The front sight is a tall Patridge-style blade fixed to the barrel. The rear sight is a square notch dovetailed to the slide and adjustable for elevation.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two-piece checkered walnut panels. They exhibit scattered handling wear and minor compression marks, with some areas darkened from age and use. There are no cracks or chips. The grips rate in about Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with strong rifling. There is minor fouling but no visible erosion. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains approximately 85% of its metal finish. There is thinning and finish loss on the edges, particularly at the muzzle, front strap, and high points of the slide. Handling marks and scattered light scratches are present throughout. The screw heads are serviceable with light marks. The markings are clear. Overall, this pistol rates in about Very Good condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The trigger pull is crisp, and the manual safety engages properly. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
