The ammo is headstamped “U”, and the “brick”/outer box is marked “R17L”, denoting a US military contract for use with the various American .22 LR trainers of the Second World War. The individual boxes are of the classic Remington UMC green and red “dog bone” design. The “brick”/outer box is in Good condition with some tearing to the end flaps, while the individual boxes and the ammo are in Very Good to Excellent condition.
