Sights / Optics: The front sight is a reverse dovetail target base in the front slot. The rear sight is missing. A Lyman Alaskan scope is mounted to the frame on a Redfield base. The scope is Good.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The stock is one piece smooth wood with the original oil finish. About 90% finish is retained, with only a handful of surface marks and scratches. The LOP measures 13 1/4" from the front of the trigger to the back of the checkered steel plate. The stocks rate in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There is no erosion in the bore.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 85% of its metal finish. There is only scattered light marking from use and storage. The edges have thinned a bit. The rifle is very sharp. The screw heads are attractive. The markings are crisp. Overall, this rifle rates in about Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions properly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a more thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
