Good Condition. The top half, which usually was blank or sparsely decorated to hang on a rope, pole, or table top, was neatly removed long ago. Moderate scattered tearing and some jagged cutting along the top edge. Some scattered restoration to the "Western" and "Lubaloy" lettering. Some scattered brownish and dark soiling throughout. 58" x 29". Temporarily secured with non-adhesive shrink wrap to a poster board backing. This poster can be removed from the backing and shipped rolled up if requested, otherwise it will be determined on a case by case basis by our shipping department. Features an incredible illustration of a hunter armed with a bolt rifle taking aim at a fearsome bear charging him from the brush, with "Western" in red across the upper front, "Lubaloy / (LUBRICATING ALLOY) / CARTRIDGES" in red and black along the lower front, and "WORLD’S CHAMPION AMMUNITION" in yellow at the bottom front. The whole tableaux is set against a sky blue background with a black border. Signed by the printing company, "COMPTON & SONS. ST. LOUIS & N.Y.", in light brown lettering at the bottom right hand front corner.
