Very Good Condition. Some light scattered chipping to the blade edges. Some light cleaning, scratching, and pitting to the 35" straight bright blade. Dated 1918. Features the very scarce, original brown leather sword knot. Complete with the original canvas covered wood sheath in Good Condition, with a 2.5" vertical tear in the upper front body, revealing the wood underneath. The sheath has been heavily painted OD for waterproofing purposes, as was commonly done in the field.
