WWII Poster that reads "Rumor, Rumor… FRIEND OF YOURS? If so, you'd better know him for what he is-a BLABOTEUR cross him off your list of friends, because he's an enemy of our war effort. SERVE IN SILENCE." Framed poster measures 16.75" x 12.75". This original vintage poster is in excellent condition. Designed by Robert M. Jones who would produce many posters for Hawaii during WWII. These propaganda posters were geared towards the Japanese population in Hawaii, promoting assimilation in American culture and patriotic service.
