Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture is two piece wood with a straight comb, semi-pistol grip, 38-rib forend, and a checkered aluminum buttplate. The buttplate has some scuffing and edge wear. The furniture shows moderate wear with pressure dings, scuffs, and scratches. The LOP measures 13.75" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. There are no chips or cracks. The furniture rates in Very Good condition.

Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 85% of it's original finish. The finish shows edge wear, light patina, and surface scratches. The screw heads range from unmarred to lightly tooled and retain turnable slots. Overall, this shotgun rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Produced by Remington, the Model 121 was one of the company's most successful slide-action rimfire designs and served as the successor to the Model 12. This example is configured for .22 LR shotshells, a specialized variation intended for pest control and short-range utility use. These firearms are often referred to as "garden guns" and were popular on farms and rural properties.
