Action Type: Single over barrel top break shotgun with single trigger & ejector the safety does not automatically reset. The shotgun features Perazzi's quick change trigger system and can also be converted for use as an O/U double gun with the additional trigger set, no additional barrels included.

Markings: Forend: "139248 55307". Barrel: "Perazzi BRESCIA MADE IN ITALY", "IMPORTED Perazzi - USA AZUSA-CA.", "125779:, "BS", "CAM 76 KGI 660 18.7 12-76" and all the usual Italian proofs. Receiver: "Grand America 2", "WP 55307 MAP", "BLOCCATO", and all the usual Italian proofs. The installed trigger group "BREVETTATO MAP 288". The extra trigger group "R B. McDANIEL".

Choke: Fixed Modified.

Sights: The front sight is a large white bead affixed to the front of the rib, there is also a small silver mid bead.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set on this shotgun is a checkered two piece walnut set with a full finger shelf forend. The stock is a semi pistol grip Monte Carlo style stock with a leather wrapped adjustable comb, and Graco Gracoil butt plate with a Kick-eez butt pad. The current LOP is 14.5". The shotgun weighs 9lbs 10oz. The forend shows light scattered compressions and surface level lines. The most notable is on the right side at the rear edge of the shelf. There is a small chip at the rear left edge. The stock also shows scattered compressions and surface level lines. There is a chip missing from the front right edge of the stock. There is a small chip in the finish at the rear edge of the upper tang. There is a small crack forming at the rear edge of the lower tang. The leather wrap shows some discoloration. The butt pad is soft and pliable showing a split at the top. Overall the furniture set is in Good+ condition.

Type of Finish: Blued and case color.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: the bore is very bright showing no erosion or pitting. The forcing cone shows barely visible plastic fouling and minor lines from use in the bore. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.5/10.

Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The trigger guard shows some surface level lines and some finish loss. The inside of the receiver shows minor rub wear. The checkered portions of the rib shows some surface rust freckling forming. The barrel shows a few minor marks and a few specks of surface rust. The forend iron has a small dent in the rear edge. The markings are clear and the screw heads are sharp. Overall this shotgun is in Good+-Very Good condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

This example features a long 35" barrel with a fixed Modified choke and a ventilated rib with mid bead, delivering the pattern density preferred for handicap and singles trap. It is equipped with Perazzi’s renowned quick-change trigger system, allowing the shooter to easily swap trigger units for maintenance or to use the receiver with an over-under barrel set.

The Monte Carlo stock promotes a high, consistent head position ideal for rising trap targets, while the adjustable comb and GraCoil recoil-reducing fully adjustable butt plate allow precise fit and soften recoil during long events.
