Both pieces beautifully showcase the historic American West tradition of expert leatherwork handcrafted within the prison system.

Belt 1 (Black Leather with Custom Bill Gerth Buckle): A robust 46" x 1.75" black leather belt featuring double-layered construction, contrasting white perimeter stitching, and dual concho accents. Adding extraordinary provenance is the custom, highly intricate silver-tone buckle assembly. The heavy braided buckle and matching double-belt keepers were hand-made out of durable .308 stainless steel by fellow Texas Ranger Bill Gerth, linking the lives and craftsmanship of two former Rangers.

Belt 2 (Brown Tooled Leather with Ranger Star Keeper): A stunning 46" x 1.5" rich brown leather ranger-style belt. This piece features elaborate fish-scale and basketweave tooling, a multi-layered scalloped silhouette, and white accent stitching. It is fitted with an ornately engraved, vintage Western-style buckle and matching tip marked "Taiwan." A standout feature of this belt is its heavy, custom silver-tone rectangular keeper loop, intricately engraved with a Texas Ranger-style lone star motif.
