This item is a classic Western cartridge belt and right handed holster rig produced by H. H. Heiser and marked for Browning Bros. Co. of Ogden, Utah. The set consists of a right handed Mexican loop holster for a 7 1/2" Colt SAA mounted on a heavily tooled No. 72 cartridge belt fitted with a nickel plated brass "Anchor Brand" buckle manufactured by North & Judd. The belt is stamped for Browning Bros. Co., while the holster is marked "Heiser Maker Denver Colo." with the model number "710".

The leatherwork on this rig is richly decorated with traditional Western floral tooling throughout the belt and holster body. Large flowing floral scrolls with leaf and petal elements run the length of the belt, bordered by decorative stamping along the edges. The holster body features deep floral carving with raised petals and tightly cut leaf scrollwork, complemented by white contrast stitching along the holster throat. The Mexican loop configuration secures the holster through wide leather loops cut into the skirt, a design favored for durability and stability on working Western rigs.

The belt incorporates 25 cartridge loops sized for .45 caliber ammunition and is marked as a size 36.
