Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated black blade, dovetailed to the slide. The rear sight is a serrated square notch sight, dovetailed to the slide.
Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two piece black/gray G10 panels. The grips show no notable handling wear. The grips fit tightly to the frame with no play. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips rate in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There is no erosion in the bore. There is light stubborn fouling in the grooves. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9/10.
Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 90% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows scattered operational and handling wear. There is thinning on the leading edges. The blueing is starting to turn a slight plum hue. The markings are clear and legible. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. Overall, this pistol rates in Very Good condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly, as does the safety. We did not fire this pistol, but we did perform a mechanic's check. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Condition is Very Good, showing approximately 90% original finish with normal operational and handling wear. Edge thinning is present along high-contact points with a developing plum tone to the bluing, while markings remain sharp and legible. The bore is bright with sharp rifling, rating 9/10 with light fouling in the grooves. Overall, this is a solid early Kimber Royal Series example that retains good mechanical integrity and strong visual appeal, particularly for collectors tracking the formative Yonkers-era production pistols.
