Sights/Optics: The front sight is a white dot post dovetailed into the slide. The rear sight is a square notch with two white dots dovetailed into the slide.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are two piece checkered synthetic Para-Ordnance grips. The grips show minimal wear. There are no chips or cracks. This furniture rates in Excellent condition.

Type of Finish: Matte black

Finish Originality: Original to the parts. The slide and barrel are not original to the frame. Some other parts may be replacements.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp with faint fouling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% of its metal finish. The pistol has a Caspian slide. There is light wear present with scattered surface scratches and edge wear from handling and operation. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this pistol rates in about Fine condition as customized.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: This is a high quality, custom configured double stack built on a Para-Ordnance P14-45 foundation and upgraded with a Caspian slide and a Kart Precision barrel. Overall condition is excellent, with approximately 99% of the original finish remaining. Mechanically, the pistol is excellent. The bore rates 9.5 out of 10 with bright steel and sharp rifling, indicating light use. The action functions correctly with smooth cycling, solid lockup, and the controlled recoil impulse expected from a properly fit Kart barrel. The double stack P14-45 frame offers increased magazine capacity while maintaining familiar 1911 ergonomics, and the Caspian slide contributes precise machining and consistent tolerances.
