Sights/Optics: The front sight and rear sights are three dot Trijicon tritium night sights. The tritium still glows dimly.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are the standard Generation 4 Glock grips with a Crimson Trace laser grip mounted to the backstrap. The laser does not light up. There are no chips or cracks. There is an enlarged magazine release and slide stop installed. The takedown bar, pins, magazine release, and slide stop are a gold color. The back plate has an American Flag on it. There is an extension mounted to the grip plug. Additionally, both magazines have finger extensions. This furniture rates in Excellent condition.

Type of Finish: Matte black

Finish Originality: Original to the parts. Gold trim parts are replacements.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp with stubborn fouling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% of its metal finish. There is minimal wear present with only light wear visible on the barrel hood from operation. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this pistol rates in about Fine+ condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: This pistol presents in excellent overall condition with approximately 99% of its finish remaining. The slide and frame show only minimal handling evidence, and there are no chips or cracks noted. The bore rates 9 out of 10 with good brightness and defined rifling. The action functions correctly with smooth cycling and proper lockup.

This example features a number of custom enhancements. The pistol retains standard Generation 4 Glock grip geometry, fitted with a Crimson Trace laser grip mounted to the backstrap. The laser does not illuminate and should be considered non functional at this time. An enlarged magazine release and extended slide stop are installed, improving control manipulation. The takedown bar, pins, magazine release, and slide stop are finished in a gold color, giving the pistol a distinctive custom appearance. The slide back plate features an American flag motif, and a grip plug extension is installed at the base of the frame. Both magazines are fitted with finger extensions, enhancing grip purchase and control. 

As configured, this Glock 23 Gen 4 represents a well executed custom defensive pistol with tasteful enhancements focused on ergonomics and visual distinction.
