Sights/Optics: The front sight is a serrated blade dovetailed into the slide. The rear sight is an adjustable square notch with a serrated face dovetailed into the slide.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The grips are smooth two piece ivory. They are beautiful and have no blemishes. There are no chips or cracks. The grips rate in Excellent condition.

Type of Finish: Case hardened, charcoal blued, and fire blued

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp with light fouling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 99% of its metal finish. There are minimal blemishes. The engravings look fantastic and the finish is exemplary. The markings are clear and complete. The screw heads are unmarred and retain turnable slots. Overall, this pistol rates in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
