The two piece box has a green label marked “.38 CALIBER CARTRIDGES”, “CENTER FIRE. SOLID HEAD.”, and “7-7” (July 1907), along with the callout “Manufactured / Expressly for / SMITH & WESSON / .38 CALIBER REVOLVER”. The box has been opened, and there is a small tear in the lower right top lid, some scattered tearing to the corners, moderate scattered surface tearing to the back, bottom, and side flap labels, and a bit of scattered surface tearing to the front label. The box is in Fair condition, and the ammo is in Good condition considering their age.
