The rod appears very similar to the Winchester No. 6310 pattern, though it exhibits a few minor differences in configuration. The rod weighs approximately 5.2 ounces assembled and features split bamboo construction with agate guides and cork grip. Included with the rod is its cloth storage bag and aluminum storage tube with threaded cap.

The rod remains in Very Good condition with only light age and handling wear visible throughout. The bamboo retains an attractive finish with well preserved wraps and guides. The ferrules appear clean and properly fitted. The cork grip shows light handling wear and minor discoloration from use. The cloth storage bag shows light age related wear and discoloration, while the aluminum storage tube shows light scratches and storage wear. Overall, this is a very attractive vintage Winchester bamboo bait rod with strong collector and sporting appeal.
