Sights / Optics: The rifle is equipped with a high-end Zeiss Diavari-Z 3–12x56 T* scope. This German-made optic features excellent light transmission, crystal-clear glass, and a wide magnification range. It is in excellent condition and perfectly complements the long-range capability of the rifle.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The rifle sports a deluxe-grade Monte Carlo walnut stock with Weatherby’s trademark oak leaf and acorn skip-line checkering. The grain and gloss finish are striking, and the checkering is sharp and beautifully executed. There are some minor handling marks and light surface scratches consistent with light field use. The LOP measures 13 5/8” from the front of the trigger to the back of the factory recoil pad. The stock rates in about Fine overall condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore but there is stubborn fouling throughout. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 95% of its original metal finish. The balance of the finish shows light operational wear on contact points such as the bolt handle and edges. The metal surfaces show some faint handling marks but no rust or corrosion. The screw heads are sharp and the pins are unmarred. The markings are sharp and well defined. Overall, this rifle rates in about Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
