Sights/Optics: The front sight is a metal bead fixed at the muzzle. The rear sight is a u-notch integral to the receiver.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The two piece wood furniture consists of a straight comb, smooth straight wrist grip, long smooth forend, a band around the forend with a sling ring, and a smooth metal buttplate with an empty cleaning kit compartment. The buttplate shows heavy wear with pitting and oxidation. The wood shows pressure dings, scuffs, and scratches throughout. Three nails are hammered into the top of the forend on each side. The LOP measures 14" from the face of the trigger to the rear of the butt. There is a crack at the front left of the forend and another at the underlever stock cup. The furniture rates in Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is grey. There are mild surface oxidation spots scattered throughout the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 6.5/10.

Overall Condition: This firearm retains about none of its original finish. The finish shows edge wear, patina throughout, scattered scratches, and some minor dings. Some of the screw heads show heavy tooling and may not be turnable. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this firearm rates in Good condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
