Vintage Federal Cartridge Corp. Store Advertising Display featuring four hunting dogs cooling off in a shallow stream after a long day of chasing their quarry. The image is titled "Cooling off: and was originally painted by Percival Rosseau in 1937. This item does have some minor corner damage as well and a small crease at the top left cornier running approximately 4" along the top, Some signs of water damage can be seen on the back towards the bottom of the sign as well as the included cardboard stand. Overall this item is in good condition and would be a great addition to the vintage federal cartridge collection
