Features a wonderful array of Winchester Super Speed Center-Fire Cartridges at front, all done to extoll the virtues of the new "Silvertip" bullet. The back sports a remarkably detailed list of ballistic facts based on cartridge, from bullet type to velocity, energy, and mid-range trajectory. The back also carries instructions for Winchester dealers to hang this poster on a shelf in their ammunition department, with the information at back allowing them to "answer quickly nearly any question a customer might ask about Super Speed SILVERTIP cartridges". Bears "WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. NEW HAVEN, CONN. / DIVISION OF WESTERN CARTRIDGE CO." printed at the lower reverse, and dates to ca. 1939-1949, as Silvertip bullets were first introduced in 1939.
