Good Condition, with a slightly loose head on the drake, the weight having been removed from the bottom of the drake, some shot damage down the left side of the hen, and a loose head on that hen as well. Classic mallard pair by Ben Schmidt of Centerline, Michigan. The drake has glass eyes, relief wing feather carving, and incised tail feather carving. The hen has glass eyes, relief carved wing tip feathers, and stamp carving throughout. Both decoys have “F. Jacobs 40” scratched into the bottom.
