Good to Very Good Condition. Yellowish soiling throughout the canvas of the life vest. The life buoy has moderate wrinkling and small abrasion at the top. The vest is marked “ PASSED / J.O / JUNE 28 1940 / NEW YORK” “ ADULT” on the front with ‘HANSEL LYONS / N.Y.” Hand Written on the collar and “APPROVED BY THE BOAT INSPECTION DEPT. / OF THE / U.S. GOVERNMENT / WASHINGTON D.C. / JANUARY 1888” on the back. The 18” Life buoy is marked “U.S.C.G. 21494”.
