Good Condition. Some sharpening to the blade edge. Moderate cleaning, scratching, and pitting to the blade, guard, and pommel. Some nicking and darkening to the handle scales. Features an 8 15/16" bright clip point bowie blade, walnut handle scales, and a fully functional "locking lug" attachment at the pommel. Complete with the scarce, original metal sheath with classic Krag belt hanger. A very rare bayonet, with total production somewhere between 2,000-2,800. Supposedly 500 were sent to Cuba for field testing, while the bulk of the bayonets, some 1,500 were sent to the Philippines.
