Markings: The right side of the slide is marked “SPRINGFIELD ARMORY” and “BA71114 9x19.” The left side of the slide is marked “ HELL CAT.” The chamber is marked “BA71114 9x19.” The right side of the frame is marked “HS PRODUKT / MADE IN CROATIA.” The serial number “BA71114” is also marked on the underside of the frame above the trigger guard. The HEX Wasp optic is marked on the left side with the HEX logo and “WASP.”

Barrel Length: 3.0” barrel, approximately 4.4” with threaded compensator installed.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a green fiber optic blade. The rear sight is a tactical U-notch serrated sight. This pistol is also equipped with a HEX Wasp red dot reflex sight. The HEX Wasp features automatic brightness adjustment. The glass is clear and the optic is in excellent condition.

Stock Configuration & Condition: This pistol features a textured black polymer frame with integral grip texture and no interchangeable backstraps. The grip texture provides excellent traction. There are no chips, cracks, or losses observed. The frame rates in about excellent overall condition.

Magazine Quantity & Condition: Two factory stainless steel magazines are included: one 11-round magazine with pinky extension and one 13-round extended magazine. Both are in excellent condition.

Type of Finish: Matte black Melonite slide and barrel with black polymer frame. The barrel is threaded and fitted with a matte black steel compensator.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore but there is stubborn fouling throughout. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 10/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 98% of its metal finish. The balance of the finish shows only faint operational wear on the barrel hood and high edges of the slide. There are a few light handling marks on the slide. The screw heads are sharp. The pins are unmarred. The markings are sharp and legible. Overall, this pistol rates in about excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this pistol. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
