Sights / Optics: The rifle barrel is fitted with a folding leaf rear sight. The standing leaf features a white triangle insert, and a second leaf is provided for extended-range shooting. The front sight is a brass bead set in a serrated ramp and dovetailed to the barrel rib. The shotgun rib is serrated to reduce glare.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The buttstock and forend are checkered walnut. The forend features a traditional rounded profile with a single mounting screw. The buttstock has a modest pistol grip with cut checkering and a black plastic buttplate. There are scattered handling marks and minor scratches throughout, but no chips or cracks are observed. The LOP measures 14 1/8" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. Overall, the wood rates in Very Good-plus condition.

Overall Condition: This combination gun retains about 95% of its original metal finish. There are minor handling marks along the barrels and some faint thinning at the muzzle. The case coloring on the receiver remains vivid with attractive mottling. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this firearm rates in Very Good-plus condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The top lever operates smoothly, the barrel lockup is tight, and the hammer functions as intended. The barrel selector built into the hammer toggles properly between .357 Magnum and 20 Gauge firing. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
