Sights/Optics: The front sight is a beaded post notched into a raised base, banded around the barrel. The rear sight is an adjustable folding u-notch dovetailed into the scope base. The scope base is screwed into the barrel. A Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14x42mm scope is mounted atop the base. The Ballistic Plex reticle is clear and the scope rates in Very Good condition.
Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture is two piece wood with a straight comb, checkered semi-pistol grip, checkered forend, and a smooth Ruger synthetic buttplate. The buttpad has light handling wear. The furniture has scattered pressure dings, drag lines, and surface scratches. The LOP measures 13.5" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. There is a crack running from the upper tang. The furniture rates in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp with light fouling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its original finish. The receiver is starting to turn plum. The finish shows edge wear and infrequent surface scratches. The screw heads range from lightly tooled to unmarred and retain turnable slots. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good Plus condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
