Bore Condition: The bore is bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion in the bore. There is stubborn fouling. In this writer’s opinion, the bore rates 9/10.

Overall Condition: This revolver retains about 98% of its original stainless finish. There are a few light handling marks, but no notable dings or damage. The ejector housing, topstrap, and loading gate all appear clean and sharp. The screws are sharp and unmarred. The markings are clear. The cylinder has a light turn line. Overall, this revolver rates in Excellent condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The cylinder locks up with light play on each chamber. The timing is on. The trigger is crisp, and hammer locks into each notch securely. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.
