Sights/Optics: The front sight is a white bead atop the rib. Both the rib and top of the receiver are serrated to reduce glare.
Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture consists of a straight comb, checkered semi pistol grip, checkered forend, and textured synthetic Decelerator buttpad. The buttpad has light handling wear. The wood only shows some light surface scratches and a couple pressure dings. The LOP measures 14" from the face of the trigger to the rear of the butt. There are no chips or cracks. The furniture rates in Fine Plus condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with light streaking. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This firearm retains about 98% of its original finish. The only notable blemishes are some light scratches on the receiver. The receiver pins are unmarred and fully functional. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this firearm rates in Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Our Assessment: This Remington 1100 Sporting .410 was manufactured in 2004 and represents one of the finest gas-operated sporting shotguns chambered in .410 Bore. Produced by Remington, the Model 1100 has earned an outstanding reputation for its smooth recoil impulse, reliability, and excellent handling characteristics since its introduction in 1963. The Sporting configuration was designed specifically for clay target sports and upland hunting, where the light-recoiling .410 Bore excels.
Chambered for .410 Bore with a 27 inch barrel, this shotgun is ideal for skeet, sporting clays, and small game hunting. An external Remington Skeet choke is currently installed, providing an open pattern well suited for close-range clay target shooting. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5 out of 10, indicating excellent internal condition with strong bore quality. The action functions correctly.
The furniture rates in Fine Plus condition with minimal visible handling wear. This firearm retains approximately 98% of its original finish, presenting a very clean overall appearance. Overall, this firearm rates in Fine condition and stands as an excellent example of the Remington 1100 Sporting .410 equipped with a factory-style Skeet choke.
