Sights/Optics: The front sight is a metal bead atop the barrel. The top of the receiver is serrated to reduce glare.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The two piece wood furniture consists of a straight comb, checkered semi pistol grip, checkered forend, and serrated synthetic Remington buttplate. The buttplate has no notable wear. The wood shows only a couple extremely minor surface scratches and pressure dings. The LOP measures 14" from the face of the trigger to the rear of the butt. There are no chips or cracks. The furniture rates in Excellent condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with faint streaking. There is no erosion in the bore. There is some dried grease near the muzzle. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9/10.

Overall Condition: This firearm retains about 98% of its original finish. There are some faint surface scratches and two spots of oxidation on the left side of the receiver. There is also a lone surface oxidation spot on the left side of the barrel towards the muzzle. The receiver pins are unmarred and fully functional. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this firearm rates in Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9 out of 10, indicating strong internal condition with good bore quality. The action functions correctly.

The furniture rates in Excellent condition with minimal visible handling wear. This firearm retains approximately 98% of its original finish, presenting a very clean and well-preserved appearance.
