Up for auction is a highly collectible 1927 Winchester Repeating Arms advertising calendar. This is the scarcer, factory-produced medium format variation, measuring exactly 10" wide by 20.5" high. Unlike many examples on the market, this piece is completely untrimmed, retaining its original factory width and both original metal hanging bands at the top and bottom.

The central artwork by celebrated outdoor illustrator Frank Stick depicts a classic 1920s deer hunter on snowshoes navigating a snow-covered pine forest. The colors remain incredibly vibrant, and the print displays beautifully.

Calendar Pad: Retains the original 1927 paper pad. The pad is missing January through April, starting directly on May 1927. All subsequent months (May through December) are fully intact, crisp, and securely attached to the original factory staples.

Factory Witness Marks: Features three distinct sets of historic staple/punch holes located in the green margin directly below the artwork and above the Pelton Bros. dealer address section. These are original factory-utilized points where a removable store memo pad or Winchester promotional booklet was attached in 1927.

Overall Preservation: The main backing paper is in excellent vintage condition with strong color retention. No major tears or severe fading.
