The name Winchester has been synonymous with finely crafted American made firearms since 1866. This Modern Made “WINCHESTER RD” Porcelain On Steel Street Sign is in Very Good Condition, with notable chipping and patina to the porcelain and steel at the top and bottom edges of the middle right side, a notable chip and spot of patina in the porcelain at the upper middle right front, a few small spots of chipping and patina in the porcelain at the lower middle right front, some surface chipping and patina around the mounting holes at the side edges, and with some scattered wear evident. Most interestingly, it’s one sided, measures 32 1/8” x 5 7/8”, and boasts “WINCHESTER RD” in black lettering on a white base at front. It features one mounting hole at each side edge, and is a fine example of a Modern Made “WINCHESTER RD” Porcelain On Steel Street Sign.
