Sights/Optics: The front sight is a large blade dovetailed into the barrel. The rear sight is a semi-buckhorn square-notch dovetailed into the barrel.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: This rifle is one piece wood with a cheekpiece, straight wrist grip, and a crescent metal buttplate. The wood shows light edge wear and a few pressure dings. There are no chips or cracks. The furniture rates in Very Good condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp. There are a couple very small spots of surface oxidation in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 97% of its current finish. The finish shows light handling marks from handling and operation. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this rifle rates in Very Good Plus condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
