Interesting Harry M. Pope Made Powder Measure Tin with Mounting Bracket
The Reloading tools of H. M. Pope have always been very popular with Collectors. There are many variations, many types of tools. This one of a H.M. Pope's famous "powder measure tin" with a mounting bracket. A note from the consignor, "Throwing a priming charge and main charge with one motion". This powder tool shows moderate to heavy wear and a fair amount of rust, but is still aesthetically pleasing and a very interesting part of reloading history.
