This lot features a classic western buscadero-style gun belt and holster rig manufactured by the renowned Denver leather maker H.H. Heiser. Founded in 1874, the Heiser Saddlery Company became one of the most respected producers of holsters, cartridge belts, saddles, and riding gear in the American West. Their work was widely used by working cowboys, lawmen, and sportsmen throughout the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Heiser leather goods are well known for their durable construction and distinctive floral tooling patterns, and original examples remain highly collectible today.

The belt is stamped "HEISER DENVER" with the company's oval maker mark and marked "62" along with size "40". The holster is marked "714". The belt measures approximately 39 inches from the closest hole to where the buckle meets the leather and approximately 43 inches to the far hole. It features 30 sewn cartridge loops which appear sized for small-frame revolver cartridges; they comfortably accommodate .32 S&W cartridges while .38 Special fits very tightly. The belt and holster are constructed from heavy leather with deep floral tooling across the belt body and holster. The rig follows the classic buscadero configuration with the holster suspended below the belt line by a wide drop loop, allowing a revolver to ride lower on the hip for quick access.

The right handed holster is sized for a 5.5 inch Colt Single Action Army revolver and features matching floral tooling with a stitched toe and border stamping. The leather remains strong and well preserved with attractive color and clear tooling throughout. The stitching appears intact and the belt retains its original steel buckle. Overall the rig presents very well and displays the quality craftsmanship associated with H.H. Heiser’s Denver workshop during the height of the American western leather trade.
