Sights/Optics: The front sight is a blade dovetailed into the barrel. The rear sight is a u-notch with a folding leaf dovetailed into the barrel.

Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture is two piece wood. The wood shows minor pressure dings and drag lines. There are no chips or cracks. The grips rate in Very Good Plus condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is semi bright and the rifling is lightly worn. There is light erosion and visible surface oxidation in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 6.5/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 10% of its finish. Most of the finish has worn away or turned to patina. Small sections of the gold wash and silver inlay are still visible. There are only faint blemishes present. Edge wear, patina, spots of surface oxidation, and other blemishes are visible. There is normal operational wear. The screw head on the forend is lightly tooled and retains a turnable slots. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this firearm rates in Very Good condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.

Approximately 10% of the original blued, case-colored, gold-washed, and silver-inlaid finish remains, with the balance having worn naturally over nearly a century while still displaying traces of its original decorative treatment.
