Sights / Optics: The front sights are serrated ramp blades fixed to the ventilated ribs. The rear sights are fully adjustable square-notch sights mounted to the top straps.

Grip Configuration & Condition: The grips are checkered walnut with gold Colt medallions. They remain in Excellent condition, showing little to no handling wear.

Bore Condition: The bores are bright, the rifling is sharp. There is no visible erosion or fouling in the bores. In this writer’s opinion, the bores rate 10/10.

Overall Condition: Both revolvers retain about 99% of their original metal finish. There are only the faintest handling marks, if any, and the guns appear to have been fired very little, if at all. The screw heads are sharp, and the markings are clear. Overall, these revolvers rate in about Excellent to Like New condition.

Mechanics: The actions function perfectly. The lock-up is tight, the cylinder rotation is smooth, and the trigger pulls are crisp in both single and double action. We did not fire these revolvers. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance requirements.

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: These revolvers are presented together in a wooden display case. The Colt factory boxes are included.
