U.S.A.” and the serial number. The barrel is marked “-COLT 45 AUTO-”. The right side of the trigger guard is marked “W” on the front bow. The left side of the trigger guard has the “B”.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a white dot blade fixed to the slide. The rear sight is a two dot Wilson Combat rectangular notch sight dovetailed to the slide.

Stock Configuration & Condition: The grip is a Pachmayr Signature Model checkered rubber overmolded wrap around grip. The grip screws are faintly tool marked. The checkering is sharp with lightly worn peaks. There is modest handling wear. There are no rips or tears. The grips are in about Very Good condition.

Finish Originality: Original

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is well defined. There is no erosion in the bore. There is some stubborn fouling in the grooves. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9/10.

Overall Condition: This pistol retains about 93% of its finish. The balance of the finish shows standard operation wear on the barrel and action. There is thinning on the edges. There are scattered scratches. The markings are clear. The screw heads are sharp to faintly tool marked. Overall, this pistol rates in about Fine condition.

Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this handgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
