Sights/Optics: The front sight is a folding Midwest Industries sight with an A2 post adjustable for elevation. The rear sight is a Yankee Hill Machine folding sight adjustable dual aperture. A Cabelas Pine Ridge Multi turret 6-18x40mm scope is mounted atop the receiver via a Burris P.E.P.R.. The duplex reticle is clear and the scope rates in Very Good condition.
Grip/Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture consists of a fixed A2 stock, Hogue pistol grip, and a rifle length tubular handguard with screw in points on the bottom. A small picatinny/sling swivel mount is attached to the bottom. The furniture has some minor surface scratches and faint handling marks. The LOP measures 13.75" from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttplate. There are no chips or cracks. The furniture rates in Fine condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright and the rifling is sharp with light fouling. There is no erosion in the bore. In this writer's opinion, the bore rates 9.5/10.
Overall Condition: This firearm retains about 98% of it's original finish. The finish shows only some minor surface blemishes on the handguard and faint handling wear on the remainder. The takedown pins are unmarred and remain functional. The markings are clear and complete. Overall, this rifle rates in Fine condition.
Mechanics: The action functions correctly. We did not fire this firearm. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards.
