Good Condition. There's a deep 10" crack and a parallel but shallow 10" crack, both running vertically down the back right hand side of the case. There's a crack and one missing rivet from the brass edge reinforcement at the top right hand side of the case. There's moderate pitting, patina, and wear (scuffing, nicking, etc.) to the bits themselves. Elegant brown hardwood case measures 11" x 6 3/8" x 2", features a hinged top/front lid with the original "WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK / AUGER BIT SET / MADE IN U.S.A. / WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO. / NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT" embossed brass maker's plate riveted at middle, and is complete with 13 original "WINCHESTER / TRADE MARK / MADE IN U.S.A." stamped auger bits inside.
