Good Condition. Even overall patina. Moderate drying, darkening, and wrinkling to the tooled brown leather boot straps. Heavy, unadorned steel bands and shanks with massive 4 point rowels. Stamped at each inner heel band to the famous “KELLY / BROS.”, dating them to ca. 1919-1939, and likely on the earlier side. Measure 3.5” across the bands.
