1928 The Winchester Store "Protection" Lacey Hardware Store in Tooele Utah Advertising Calendar. This is a fantastic piece of advertising artwork. This calendar features an incredible pioneer scene of a man seated on a boulder with his 1873 lever action rifle in the foreground, guarding the wagons and cattle in the background by the campfire. Reads "As Good As The Gun" with individual advertising on each calendar page. The piece is in excellent condition with no creasing and even still has the full year date pad and both metal bands. This item was featured in American Sporting Advertising volume 1 1987. Produced by American Lithographic Co. Measurement on this excellent piece of advertising history are 11" by 22". Don't let this great piece of vintage advertising are get away.
